RETURN TIME:
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
RETURN REASONS:
Wrong product
Size issue
Damaged product
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If the package appears damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery.
Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package.
If you select “Damaged Product” as the return reason, you must provide this video for verification.
RETURN POLICY:
The product must be unused.
The product must be returned without any damage.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
REFUND METHOD:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or UPI ID.
RETURN PICKUP:
Return pickup will be arranged by our team. Customers are requested to pack the product securely.
Return shipping charges will be shared equally (50:50) between the customer and the company for all returns.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Used or worn products
Customized or altered items
Products without original packaging

CANCELLATION POLICY:
